Você recebe um clube com um Conselho totalmente dividido, e isso pode ser muito ruim para a sua gestão.
Eu sempre preguei a união de todos os partidos políticos do clube e de todos os conselheiros. Este apoio é fundamental para o sucesso de qualquer agremiação. Peço que você lute por isso, pacifique a política dentro do São Paulo, procure fazer com que não haja vencidos e vencedores. Assim poderemos levar o clube de novo a ser líder do futebol brasileiro e mundial.
Peço também que você dê força ao novo estatuto. Ele não é ainda o ideal, mas representa um avanço em termos de democratização e de uma nova governança. Sei que não vai ser fácil; tem muita gente próxima a você que prega o presidencialismo sem compartilhamento do poder e quer rever o estatuto. Espero que você resista.
Também espero que você escolha de forma adequada os membros do Conselho de Administração, contemplando os vários partidos existentes no Conselho. Tenho certeza que essa pluralidade democrática contribuirá fortemente para a tão necessária união.
