Um dos destaques do São Paulo na temporada tem sua despedida muito próxima. O Tricolor está perto de anunciar a transferência do atacante Brenner ao Cincinnati. Segundo apuração da Gazeta Esportiva, o clube depende da assinatura do contrato para confirmar oficialmente a negociação.
Brenner terá vínculo de cinco anos com o clube dos Estados Unidos e a tendência é que sua saída seja imediata. Nesta quinta-feira, o atacante nem sequer participou da primeira atividade tática comandada pelo interino Marcos Vizolli. O jogador realizou trabalhos na área interna do CT.
O Cincinnati, por sua vez, chegou a postar em suas redes sociais imagens do Brasil, com fotos de churrasco, Cristo Redentor e Maracanã. Porém, os norte-americanos ainda não confirmaram o acerto e nem deram detalhes dos valores.
Formado nas categorias de base do São Paulo, Brenner tem 21 anos e estreou na equipe profissional em 2017. Já em 2019, acabou emprestado para o Fluminense. Depois, no retorno ao Morumbi, se transformou em um dos destaques do melhor período de Fernando Diniz à frente do clube.
Neste Brasileirão, o garoto balançou as redes 11 vezes pelo clube, formando uma dupla de sucesso com Luciano.
