Diniz vê Hernanes diferente em 2020 e elogia postura de Pato no São Paulo

Com poucos recursos para fazer contratações de impacto em 2020, o São Paulo se apoia na recuperação de importantes jogadores que não brilharam no ano passado. Na estreia no Campeonato Paulista, Hernanes começou como titular e Alexandre Pato entrou ao decorrer do jogo.

Fernando Diniz não poupou elogios à dupla após a vitória do Tricolor sobre o Água Santa. Primeiro, o treinador comentou positivamente sobre o preparo físico de Hernanes no início da temporada, em um estágio superior ao do ano passado.

“O Hernanes é o jogador mais identificado com a torcida que tem no elenco, participou de todas as sessões de treino do início ao fim e tem condições pra jogar. Se vai ter intensidade ou não, não é a idade que vai determinar isso. O Hernanes hoje está bem diferente do ano passado, está com mais força, conseguindo treinar todos os dias. O time não dá pra resumir em dois ou três jogadores, é um sistema todo que tem que fluir para que as coisas aconteçam. Espero que o sistema todo flua e o Hernanes consiga nos ajudar”, analisou o técnico.

Pato foi o primeiro escolhido por Diniz para entrar na segunda etapa. O camisa 7 atuou centralizado, como um centroavante. O treinador do São Paulo destacou a postura do atacante na partida.“Eu acho que o Pato entrou hoje muito bem no aspecto físico, de entrega, que é uma coisa que todo mundo fica esperando. Faltou muito pouco para ele realizar grandes jogadas no jogo. A parte técnica dele… é um jogador extremamente qualificado. Gostei muito da entrada dele, foi outro cara que trabalhou muito em Cotia, voltou diferente”, completou Diniz.

Depois de estrear com o pé direito no Paulistão, o São Paulo terá pela frente o Palmeiras na segunda rodada. O clássico será realizado em Araraquara, com mando do Verdão, no domingo, às 16h.
