O administrador de empresas Roberto Natel, de 58 anos, é um dos candidatos à presidência do São Paulo em 2020. O empresário, que concorre ao cargo com Julio Casares, faz um plano para recuperar o clube daquela que ele considera a pior fase de sua história. Em entrevista exclusiva ao UOL Esporte, ele apontou qual seria o principal problema do clube paulista, administrado por Carlos Augusto Barros e Silva, o Leco, nos últimos cinco anos, e explicou o seu planejamento para acabar com a má fase.
“O grande problema do São Paulo nos últimos anos foi a falta de planejamento, o gasto excessivo. O São Paulo tem gasto de time grande e tem tido arrecadação de médio. A situação que o São Paulo está hoje foi em cima de más contratações. Contratou sem critério, foi paga muita comissão. Não houve planejamento. Por ser um comerciante, fazer as coisas acontecerem, eu sei como administrar o São Paulo. Se você administra uma empresa de R$ 50 milhões, é muito mais fácil administrar uma empresa de R$ 500 milhões. Você precisa ter pulso forte para gerir o São Paulo. É preciso ser um gestor responsável, focar nas dívidas”, afirmou.
“É preciso ter um futebol forte na base, porque temos uma base que é referência mundial. Estou assumindo o São Paulo na pior fase que você pode imaginar, tudo está lá embaixo, marketing, sócio-torcedor, arrecadação… A tendência é só elevar. O que falta ao São Paulo Futebol Clube? Credibilidade, confiança e compliance. Eu me sinto preparado, sou uma pessoa que delego, gosto de trabalhar junto com as pessoas. Já defini o Marco Aurélio (Cunha, o MAC) como diretor de futebol, estou sentando com uma pessoa do mercado financeiro para falar sobre marketing e administrativo”, acrescentou.
No bate-papo com a equipe do UOL Esporte, que durou 44 minutos, ele falou sobre os planos que tem no Morumbi, explicou por que se considera preparado para assumir o clube, fez críticas à gestão Leco e rebateu acusações de opositores. Confira, abaixo, a entrevista de Roberto Natel:
Por que está pronto para assumir o São Paulo Sou formado em administração de empresas pela PUC, sou um homem de negócios, com algumas empresas. Estou na área do comércio desde 1982. A minha vida inteira foi em cima de negócios. No São Paulo Futebol Clube, comecei em 2001, passei por todas as áreas do São Paulo Futebol Clube. Fui vice-presidente geral, vice-presidente social mais de uma vez. Fui a pessoa que alugou todos os shows que o Morumbi teve na época. Eu tenho conhecimento, estou me preparando desde 2001. Para o futebol, eu acho que você tem que ter uma pessoa que tenha o conhecimento do futebol, a linguagem do jogador. Eu me sinto muito preparado, porque estou há 20 anos me preparando.
Favorável à transformação do São Paulo em clube-empresa? Não pode fechar os olhos para a modernidade, mas o São Paulo não pode ser o primeiro a fazer isso não. Temos que olhar os benefícios que os clubes terão ao se tornarem empresas. Se for olhar, temos várias empresas grandes, até uma empresa lá atrás, que tinha um banco, e os seus diretores quebraram o banco. Não é porque vira uma empresa que a gestão vai ser ótima, você precisa de pessoas capacitadas. Não é porque vira uma SA [Sociedade Anônima] que vai mudar, não acredito nisso. O São Paulo não tem que ser o primeiro, o São Paulo tem que ver como as coisas vão acontecer.
Remunerações no futebol.
O Marco Aurélio não vai ser remunerado, é mais um motivo que vai ajudar muito o São Paulo, porque o São Paulo terá R$ 800 milhões de dívida. Ele quem vai definir o patamar de salário junto comigo, se tem que contratar. Temos que ter coerência. Não vai ter nada de comissões como pagaram nos últimos anos no São Paulo. Nós seremos gestores, vamos cuidar do São Paulo Futebol Clube como se fosse uma empresa nossa. O gestor tem que deixar a paixão de lado. Temos que focar em um objetivo. O meu objetivo é sanear o São Paulo Futebol Clube e fazer com que o próximo presidente tenha melhor gestão até que a minha.
Como o Marco Aurélio tem esse conhecimento forte, vamos juntos, ele vai me ajudar a sanear essa dívida, porque o futebol leva 80% das contas do São Paulo Futebol Clube. O jogador entra, o São Paulo está começando a formar e já vende. Aí traz uma pessoa mais velha, muito cara. O São Paulo vai segurar esses garotos para que eles tenham história no São Paulo. A gente quer vender muito melhor esses jogadores, esses garotos.
É favorável a uma auditoria externa no São Paulo? Sem dúvida nenhuma, a gente tem que mostrar que a gente veio com transparência, clareza, responsabilidade. Não é só falar, você tem que agir e mostrar que veio para mudar. Hoje, as pessoas trabalham para elas no São Paulo, não para o São Paulo. A gente tem o objetivo de acabar com a dívida para que o próximo presidente tenha condições melhores que eu vou pegar o São Paulo.
Avaliação da gestão de Leco no São Paulo Eu não gostaria de falar do Leco, todos nós já sabemos a opinião da torcida, e a opinião da torcida é a mesma que a minha. Eu tenho a intenção de fazer que o São Paulo volte e resgate o passado. Por que se considera oposição, mesmo sendo vice-presidente do clube?
Fui vice-presidente da gestão do Juvenal Juvêncio, e na do Carlos Miguel Aidar. Nessas duas gestões, eu era indicado. Quando eu vi que o Carlos Miguel não faria o que todo são-paulino queria, eu pedi demissão. No caso do Leco, eu fui votado junto com o Leco. O cargo não é do Leco, é do São Paulo, tenho que honrar os votos que recebi. Foram juntos com o Leco? Foram, mas eu recebi. Quando percebi que o Leco estava indo na contramão do que acho certo, contratando vários conselheiros remunerados, eu fui na sala dele e falei: ‘presidente, você está fazendo uma mini-Brasília’. Em vez de contratar funcionários de uma área, buscou pessoas de grupos para fazer política no São Paulo. Eu comecei a ser oposição. A minha intenção não era prejudicar o Leco nem expor a instituição. A intenção era que ele me escutasse. Sempre votei contra no Conselho de Administração, no Conselho Deliberativo. As minhas atitudes mostram que sou oposição.
É contra conselheiros remunerados no São Paulo? No primeiro momento, achava que não tinha importância. Com o Leco, foi a primeira vez que aconteceu. Eu achava que eram pessoas de alta confiança dele. Quando vi que não era isso, que o objetivo era fazer política, eu fui contrário. Eu que fiz o abaixo-assinado [para acabar com a remuneração a conselheiros]. A situação diz que o outro candidato [Olten Ayres, candidato à presidência do Conselho Deliberativo] que fez, mas não, eu que fiz o abaixo-assinado. Eu peguei 109 assinaturas para acabar com a remuneração de conselheiros. Quando eu fiz as 109 assinaturas, era para acabar naquele momento. A pessoa que diz que ele começou a fazer o abaixo-assinado está mentindo, o que ele fez foi pizza para que a remuneração fosse até abril de 2020, porque ele estava negociando com o Leco um benefício no final. Em nenhum momento, ele pensou na instituição, ele pensou em si mesmo.
Qual a visão sobre Julio Casares, seu opositor no pleito? Ele não tem capacidade para ser presidente pelas atitudes que teve no passado, pelas atitudes que teve agora. Vou te dar um exemplo, quando eu vi que o Carlos Miguel não poderia ser presidente do São Paulo e deixei meu cargo de vice, quem virou vice-presidente no dia seguinte? Foi o Casares. Agora, se as coisas estavam indo mal, não estavam acontecendo, se eu pedi demissão e todo mundo ficou sabendo porque eu pedi demissão, você vai defender a instituição e vira vice-presidente, indo até o último dia de gestão do Carlos Miguel? Ele nunca defendeu a instituição. Hoje, no Conselho de Administração, ele nunca defendeu a instituição também. Você tem que ter pessoas que vão lá e falam: ‘estou aqui para defender o São Paulo’. Eu fiz isso com o Carlos Miguel e com o Leco. O Julio não, ele quis virar candidato. Eu fui pelo caminho mais difícil, defendendo a instituição, e os grandes conselheiros estarão comigo.
Explicação sobre o caso hacker Sou tão vítima quanto o São Paulo Futebol Clube. Quando descobriram que o hacker estava entrando nos e-mails, o que eles fizeram? Levaram um documento no cartório e fizeram com que isso saísse na imprensa. Em nenhum momento, o São Paulo está me acusando, o clube diz que houve uma investigação que constata que saíram informações do e-mail do vice-presidente. Mas as duas vítimas nisso tudo são o São Paulo e eu. Estou muito tranquilo, fui depor. O delegado me perguntou se havia objeção de levar o meu computador lá, eu levei. O que o São Paulo fez mais uma vez? Quis dizer que a Polícia passou lá e pegou os computadores do vice-presidente. A Polícia pegou os computadores do São Paulo Futebol Clube. Eu estava há mais de um ano sem a minha sala. Quero que a investigação vá até o final, sou uma grande vítima e vou provar isso. As pessoas têm que pensar na instituição. Esse hacker invadiu outras pessoas, é um profissional nisso aí. Esse é o problema do São Paulo Futebol Clube. É falta de profissionalismo e de olhar a instituição com clareza e honestidade.Posto de combustível da família utilizado para abastecer carros de Cotia Tenho o posto de combustível desde 1982 e nunca quis atender ao São Paulo. Um diretor administrativo me chamou na sala dele, me disse que queria usar o meu posto, eu disse que não tinha o interesse. Ele me disse que eu tinha obrigação, porque ele tinha um problema e queria que eu ajudasse. O São Paulo tinha nove carros e gastava R$ 70 mil por ano. Eles foram para o meu posto com 11 carros, e gastaram R$ 40 mil por ano. A partir daquele momento, fiquei tranquilo, porque vi que o São Paulo estava sendo prejudicado realmente. Quando o Carlos Miguel vazou isso e tentou denegrir a minha imagem, levei todas as notas do posto ao Conselho Deliberativo. Eu disse que era necessário criar uma comissão e que, se tivesse algum erro, teriam a obrigação de me expulsar. A Barra Funda nunca abasteceu no meu posto. O carro vinha de Cotia para ir ao Morumbi. Como eu estou ao lado do Morumbi, ele abastecia aqui. Eles tentaram denegrir a minha imagem. Tentaram denegrir a minha imagem com o hacker, mas não tenho medo. Sou sério e transparente. Eu fui até o fim quando me acusaram.
Acusação de ligação dos filhos com empresas que fizeram negócio com o São Paulo Nunca trabalharam em nenhuma empresa que prestou serviços ao São Paulo. Meu filho e minha filha fizeram estágio em empresas que alugavam o Morumbi, não tem nada a ver com o São Paulo. Eu fui o homem dos shows. Peguei shows com R$ 300 mil e passei para R$ 1,2 milhão. Nunca, na história do Brasil, um estádio cobrou tão caro um aluguel. Meus filhos fizeram estágio na empresa que passei de R$ 300 mil para R$ 1,2 milhão. Eles não foram empregados, foram estagiários. O São Paulo não pagava nada para as empresas, a empresa que pagava o São Paulo. Tentam de todas as formas denegrir a minha imagem, mas não vão conseguir, sou um homem sério.
Propostas para o futebol e para a área social Eu vou fazer o papel de presidente, porque os últimos presidentes resolveram virar presidente e tocar o futebol. Isso aconteceu com o Carlos Miguel e aconteceu com o Leco. Eu vou botar o Marco Aurélio no futebol, vou colocar alguém de gestão financeira para cuidar das dívidas. Eu vou fazer o papel de presidente, ir à federação, ir à CBF, ir à Conmebol, ir aos patrocinadores. Eu vou representar a instituição e dar as diretrizes para ajudar o clube a chegar no objetivo traçado. Você tem que gastar bem menos que você arrecadar. O São Paulo foi irresponsável nos últimos anos.
Proposta para a base Na primeira vez, o diretor de futebol vai ser o comandante de tudo. A base já é o profissional. O próximo diretor de futebol vai comandar a base e terá um comitê para analisar as coisas. O São Paulo vai aproximar a base do principal. A garotada vem de Cotia para a Barra Funda e se torna estranho no ninho. Eu quero que os garotos tenham o costume de ver, trabalhar com um Daniel Alves, por exemplo. O Marco Aurélio será o homem para isso.
Proposta para o sócio-torcedor A gente tem que botar pessoas capacitadas e profissionais no sócio-torcedor. O sócio-torcedor do São Paulo tem 22 mil inscritos e está arrecadando R$ 600 mil, quase R$ 8 milhões por ano. É muito pouco, o Palmeiras arrecada R$ 40 milhões. A pessoa séria que entrar no São Paulo vai pegar tudo no fundo do poço. O plano de sócio-torcedor do São Paulo está errado. Vamos fazer planos atrativos com pessoas que são do ramo. O São Paulo é pioneiro no sócio-torcedor. Não sei que número vai chegar, mas sei que vai melhorar muito.
